Target Royal Fellow - Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Target Royal Fellow for your FRCPath preparation. We are committed to providing high-quality mentorship programs, courses, course bundles, mock exams, and digital resources (collectively, "Products and Services") to help you achieve your academic and professional goals.

1. All Sales Are Final: No Refunds

Due to the nature of our Products and Services, which include access to digital content, proprietary information, mentorship time, and learning materials, all purchases made for any of Target Royal Fellow's Products and Services are final and non-refundable.

Once a purchase is completed and access to the Product or Service has been granted, we are unable to offer any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This policy applies to all our offerings, including but not limited to:

Individual courses (e.g., FRCPath Part 2 Orientation, SSTGC, Long Case Mastery, Mock Exams, Masterclasses)

Course bundles (e.g., Cut up, Macro, OSPE Combo; TRF Ultimate FRCPath Preparatory Bundle)

Slot booking amounts or pre-registration fees

Any digital materials, notes, video access, or other resources

2. Acknowledgment of Policy

By completing a purchase with Target Royal Fellow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this No Refund Policy. We encourage you to carefully review the course or bundle details, curriculum, and any available sample materials or introductory sessions before making a purchase decision.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Target Royal Fellow is not obligated to provide a refund under any circumstances once a Product or Service has been purchased and accessed. Any decision to issue a refund or credit in an exceptional situation (e.g., proven technical failure on our part preventing access to a purchased Product or Service that cannot be rectified in a timely manner) will be at the sole discretion of Target Royal Fellow management.

4. Non-Delivery of Service

In the rare event that Target Royal Fellow is unable to deliver a purchased Product or Service as described (and this is not due to issues on the user's end such as internet connectivity or device compatibility for which minimum requirements were stated), please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will investigate the matter and, at our discretion, may offer a resolution which could include providing access to the Product or Service, a credit, or, in specific validated cases of complete non-delivery initiated by us, a refund.

5. Course or Bundle Modifications

Target Royal Fellow reserves the right to modify the content, schedule, or structure of any Product or Service. Such modifications do not typically qualify for a refund if the core offering remains available. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.
